Tony Williams’ strong business instincts and unsurpassed knowledge of available properties help him find the right sale or rental property for clients quickly. During his successful 30-year Real Estate career, he has proven himself to be tenacious, creative, and always available to customers. His relationships with property owners ensure he is one of the first to know about an available apartment or house. “My entire professional life has been devoted to servicing people,” he says. “I care about my clients and their needs.”
Tony’s previous work experience prepared him well for Real Estate. After thirteen years in retail banking, he easily analyzes even the most complex financial statements and recognizes emerging market trends quickly. Negotiating is a strong suit, he never loses sight of his client’s financial considerations and needs. While he certainly appreciates the monetary aspects of a deal, he also cares about lifestyle considerations and how they can vary.
For two years after leaving banking, he traveled the world with tour groups. This experience helps him appreciate different cultures and the needs of his international clientele. In 2005 he relocated to the Virginia Beach area and obtained his Virginia Real Estate license. During that time he completed several Real Estate transactions but missed New York City immensely, so he returned to Brooklyn in 2010 where he settled into the Corcoran Fort Greene Office. He is now beginning a new chapter in his career by joining a new firm Ivey North located at the Brooklyn Navy Yard aka Silicon Alley.
