About Emmanuel Jeanty

Emmanuel has been a licensed Real Estate salesperson in New York since 2015. During that time, he has worked as a Leasing Agent, as well as on a Property Management team in the Downtown Brooklyn area. Emmanuel holds an Accredited Residential Manager designation and is happy to represent residential rental, buyer, and sales clients as a member of Ivey North.

 

His experience has afforded him extensive knowledge of Downtown Brooklyn where he specializes, including NYC rent regulation laws and how to successfully navigate within the rental market. Emmanuel also helps clients who are purchasing or selling Real Estate by educating them on current conditions and comps, and walking them through every step of the process so they can make smart, confident decisions.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Emmanuel knows the borough well and currently lives in Midwood South with his wife and daughter. He received a B.A. in Political Science from CUNY Brooklyn College and an M.A. in Childhood Education from Touro College. Prior to entering Real Estate, Emmanuel was an elementary school teacher for eight years. In his free time, he enjoys mentoring male youth, building their self-confidence by assisting them in seeing the way the world works and how they can successfully contribute to it.
