Before Ivey North, Jonathan held executive leadership roles with some of the country's most highly regarded mortgage firms and financial institutions, including Westland Financial, Santander Bank, HSBC, Lehman Brothers, and JP Morgan Chase.
In addition to developing the deep appreciation for real estate that eventually led to his current role at Ivey North, Jonathan's successful pre-real estate career equipped him with an invaluable arsenal of skills that consistently benefit his current buyers, sellers, and investors. Among other things, these include a comprehensive understanding of the local and national housing markets and the ability to quickly grasp (and clearly explain) the nuances of any financial transaction.
In addition, Jonathan uses his combination of financial expertise, business experience, market knowledge, and expert negotiation skills to secure the most profitable possible return for his clients, regardless of the size or nature of the deal.
